You can order easily using our Online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email./Please make sure you fill up all information correctly/
1.2 - How can I get the offer of bulk amounts?
Please go to Bulk Quotes, fill out all the required information, or email info@hairnets.co.uk. We will send you an offer in up to 24h. Please note that this feature should only be used for bulk quantity price requests
1.3 - Why should I buy online?
Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

1.5 - What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Yes, you have to visit Request Samples and follow the instructions.
1.8 - How can I redeem my promo code?
Upon opening your shopping cart, you'll notice on the left side an option that reads, "Have a promo coupon? Redeem your coupon." Click on it and enter your code in the provided space. The discount will then be automatically deducted from the final price.

2.1 - What materials and fabrics do you use?Our Products are made from High Quality, Light, Soft, Comfortable, 100% Pure non-woven, Thermally Bonded Polypropylene, CHALK FREE. This material is safe for
use in food environments.
We are using Double elastic, so you can feel a more comfortable experience with our Hairnets, not like our competitors (single elastic). So with a double stitched
edge, you will feel more safer and stay comfortably on your head as long as you need It.
2.2 - What is the thickness of your Products
The Thickness of the Polypropylene that we use for Hairnets and Beard Covers is 10-11GSM, which is why our products are extremely Comfortable, Lightness, Breathable and Dustproof
2.3 - What is the size of your Hairnets and Beard Covers?
The Hairnets stretched size is 54/44sm or 21''. This size of our Hairnets is enough to cover any hair type and size.
You must first make a bun in case you have long hair, and then put the net on.
The Beard Covers/Beard Snoods stretched size is 54/22. If you have a bigger beard and you need a different size, you can easily ask us at info@hairnets.co.uk
3. Shipping
3.1 - What shipping methods do you offer?We offer Free Shipping for All orders over £100 via Parcelforce.We use the most reliable delivery carrier across the UK. You can choose between Yodel, DPD, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce.
3.2 - What is the Shipping time?
Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document
3.3 - Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to contiguous England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland.We are slowly expanding and will let you know as soon as we ship to any other country. If you need more information about any other country, just email us at info@hairnets.co.uk
3.4 - Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, If the order has not yet been shipped/dispatched, you have to contact us.3.5 - My Package arrived damaged/or I received the wrong items?
If the content of your package were wrong or damaged, please send a picture to info@hairnets.co.uk with the subject line: Wrong/damaged order. We will review your email and send over a new order immediately.
